Divine Orange Negroni

Our take on the blissful-bitter Italian aperitif, the Negroni. We balance 44°N Gin with bitters and vermouth which creates a traditional base and as you would expect from Comte de Grasse we add something special - a subtle verdant and sweet top note from Mimosa.

TO SERVE

Place large ice-cubes into rocks glasses, shake the chilled cocktail bottle well and pour over the ice. Stir. Garnish with wedges of orange. Santé!
